3. Account & Participation Conduct:

   1. Single Account Policy: One individual, one account. Multiple identities will result in a permanent ban.

   2. Prohibited Tools: The use of AI, LLMs, automated scripts, bots, or brute-force software is strictly prohibited. We use behavioral heuristics to detect non-human solving patterns.

   3. Collaboration: Sharing specific Quest answers on public forums or private servers is forbidden and will disqualify all involved parties.

The "Mysterious Reward" Ecosystem:

1. The Mystery Doctrine: Quests by AdvitCare operates on a "Reward Paradox." By participating, you acknowledge:

   1. No Fixed Value: A reward has no guaranteed market value until the moment of disclosure.

   2. Limitless Variety: Rewards are sourced from our network of 100+ Companies, 500+ Individuals, and 20+ Governments. This includes monetary transfers, job positions, government residencies, or private mentorships.

   3. Unpredictability: You waive any right to claim "disappointment" regarding the nature of the reward. To put it simply: the reward is a total mystery and can be anything.

2. Awarding Logic: "Top Solver" status is determined by our "Quest Quality Score" (QQS), factoring in speed, logic paths, and historical consistency.

3. Reward Fulfillment & "Spam Folder" Clause: All winning notifications are sent via email. Quests by AdvitCare is NOT liable for rewards that expire because a notification was diverted to a spam/junk folder. It is your responsibility to monitor all folders.

License & Intellectual Property:

1. Unless otherwise stated, AdvitCare and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Quests by AdvitCare. All rights reserved. You may access this for personal use subject to these restrictions:

   1. You must not copy, republish, sell, rent, sub-license, reproduce, or redistribute material from Quests by AdvitCare.

   2. Quest Logic: Reverse-engineering our puzzle-generation algorithms is a violation of international patent law.

2. User Comments: Parts of this website may allow users to post opinions. AdvitCare does not filter or review Comments before they appear. Comments reflect the views of the author, not AdvitCare. We reserve the right to monitor and remove inappropriate or offensive Comments. You grant AdvitCare a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and edit any of your Comments.

Hyperlinking & Content Liability:

1. The following organizations may link to our Website without prior approval: Government agencies, Search engines, News organizations, and Online directory distributors. Other organizations (educational institutions, trade associations, etc.) may request approval via email. Wait 2-3 weeks for a response.
